Our journey began in 2008 when Conrad’s Mowing Services launched, fresh out of high school with just a push mower. With high demand, I purchased my first zero-turn lawnmower in 2011, realizing the potential to build a thriving business. In 2015, Bayside Property Maintenance Ltd was officially created. Today, we proudly serve over 200 properties with a dedicated team of three full-time employees and continue to grow. We truly enjoy helping properties around Lunenburg County shine.
